Jobs Details :Application are invited for the Posts of Specialist Officer in Nainital Bank.
(1) Law Officer in Officers' Grade/Scale-II – 1 Posts
Educational Qualification : Having passed 3/5 years professional degree in Law with minimum of 55% marks from recognized University/Institute.
Experience : Not less than -3- years. Experience in the Law Department of a Bank/Financial Institution would be given preference. Should be able to handle legal matters at corporate Office.
Age Limit : Not more than -35- years as on 31.03.2013.
Pay Scale : Rs. 19400-700/1-20100-800/10-28100 which is under revision (Gross Salary around Rs. 39,210 /- at Nainital at present plus perks).
(2) Risk Management Officers in Officers' Grade/Scale-II -2 Posts
Educational Qualification- The candidate should be Graduate/ Post graduate with minimum of 60% marks from recognized University/Institute.
Professional Qualification- The candidate should have Master's Degree in Business Administration//Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with specialization in Risk Management/Finance from a recognized University/ Institute.
Experience- Candidate having experience of -3- years in the related field will be given preference.
Pay Scale : Rs. 19400-700/1-20100-800/10-28100 which is under revision (Gross Salary around Rs. 39,210/- at Nainital at present plus perks).
Age Limit : Not more than -35- years as on 31.03.2013.
(3) Marketing Officers in Officers' Grade/Scale-I -5 Posts
Educational Qualification- The candidate should be Graduate/ Post graduate with minimum of 60% marks from recognized University/Institute.
Professional Qualification- The candidate should have Master's Degree in Business Administration//Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with specialization in Risk Management/Finance from a recognized University/ Institute.
Experience- Candidate having experience of -3- years in the related field will be given preference.
Pay Scale : Rs. 14500-600/7-18700-700/2-20100-800/7-25700 which is under revision (Gross Salary around Rs. 29,765.00/- at Nainital at present plus perks).
Age Limit : Not more than -28-years as on 31.03.2013.
(4) Personnel Officers in Officers' Grade/Scale-I- 2 Posts
Educational Qualification- The candidate should be Graduate/ Post graduate with minimum of 60% marks from recognized University/Institute.
Professional Qualification- The candidate should have Master's Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management from a recognized University/ Institute.
Experience- Candidate having experience of -3- years in the related field will be given preference.
Pay Scale : Rs. 14500-600/7-18700-700/2-20100-800/7-25700 which is under revision (Gross Salary around Rs. 29,765.00/- at Nainital at present plus perks).
Age Limit : Not more than -28-years as on 31.03.2013.
(5) Executive in Grade/Scale-IV (Information Technology) on Contractual Basis for initial period of two years.
Educational Qualification- Graduate/Post Graduate Degree with 60% marks from a recognized university. Preference will be given to the candidates who are Graduate/Post Graduate in Computer Science /IT discipline.
Professional Qualification- Master's Degree in Business Management/ Administration with specialization in Human Resource/PGDPM. Additional degree in Law will be given preference.
Experience- Should have minimum -10- years experience in IT. Preferably Officer Grade/Scale-IV in the Banking Industry.
Pay Scale : Rs. 65,000.00. In case of retired employee, if he is pensioner, then the difference between his last drawn salary minus pension or Rs. 65,000.00 (Rupees sixty five thousand only), whichever is lower shall be paid.
Age Limit : As on 31.03.2013- Not more than -65-years.
(6) Executive in Grade/Scale-IV (HR & IR) on Contractual Basis for initial period of two years
Educational Qualification- Graduate/Post Graduate Degree with 60% marks in any discipline from a recognized university.
Professional Qualification- B.E./B.Tech. (IT/Computer Science/ Electronics)/ M.C.A./ B.C.A./ Courses from DEOACC- Level- 'O'/ 'A'/ 'B' / Courses from C-DAC in Co-Curricular Diploma in Advance Computing/ Advance Diploma in Information Technology/ Courses from Computer Society of India in Software Engineering/Data Communication and Networking/ Rational DBMS & Client/Server Computing .
Experience- Should have minimum -25-years experience in HR &/or IR & or Vigilance/& or Staff Administration. Preferably Officer Grade/Scale-IV in the Banking Industry.
Pay Scale : Rs. 65,000.00. In case of retired employee, if he is pensioner, then the difference between his last drawn salary minus pension or Rs. 65,000.00 (Rupees sixty five thousand only), whichever is lower shall be paid.
Age Limit : As on 31.03.2013- Not more than -65-years.
