IBM Off-Campus Recruitment Drive For Freshers 2011, 2012 and 2013 Batch On 20th, 21st, 23rd and 24th April 2013

Providing Voice support to IBM Internal End Users and External Commercial Account End Users across North America, EMEA & AP. The job will require you to handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues for end users.


Eligibility :

- BE / B.Tech,MCA Any Graduate (10+2+3), Any Post Graduates, Diploma Holders (10+2+3) with an aggregate of 55% Marks.

- Fluency in communications skills (written & oral).

- 2011 / 2012 Passouts without experience can also attend.


Desired Candidate Profile:


- Should have completed minimum of 15 years of formal education.

- Candidates shouldn't have any backlog at the time of IBM process.

- Must have good communication skills.

- Must have good knowledge on Computer Hardware and Networking concepts.


Selection Process:

- Written Test.

- Group Discussion.

- Technical Interview.

- HR Round.
