Job Description:


NIIT Walk In Drive For BCA Freshers From  17th to 21st June 2013

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

* Assist the customers with the Training Administration issue/query via Phone, E-mail & Chat
  
* Provide the customer with resolutions / Training scheduling options
  
* Generate daily / weekly reports for the customer on Microsoft Excel

Desired Profile:

* Experience-Fresher: ONLY NON-TECHNICAL GRADUATE OR BCA CAN APPLY
  
* Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills in English
  
* Willing to work night shifts
  
* Good to Excellent typing speed / skills
  
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Outlook
