We do have an Exciting Opportunity for Desktop Support Engineer @ Hyderabad Location.
We are conducting a walkin for Qualified Engineers having Experience in Desktop Support Engineer @ our Begumpet Office Premises on 9th June 2013, Monday Between 9:30 am to 1: 00 pm.

Must Have
Graduation/ Graduation and above
Good Communication Skills where the schooling must be from English Medium
0.3 to 2 years of Experience

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

Location : Hyderabad / Secunderabad
Experience: 0 to 2 yrs
Education : (UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialization) AND (PG – Any Postgraduate – Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required) AND ( Doctorate – Any Doctorate – Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required)

JOB DESCRIPTION / DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

Installing, Configuring Windows XP Professional and Windows 7 as clients.
Configuration of Blackberry phones at Client site.
Creating Profiles to users for customizing desktop settings., Domain Set up
Installation of client software like Microsoft Office, Java, various compilers etc.
Installed and configured various applications Softwares Like MS Office, MS Projects and MS outlook for mails access and, Internet Explorer.
Desktop Support up to Client Level including Hardware, Software and Networking Problems
Installed, configured and maintained the regular updates of Antivirus.
Installed, Configured and Troubleshooting of various PC Hardware Components.
MSOutlook Configuration,
Configuring & troubleshooting of LAN setup.
Installation & troubleshooting of Local and Network printer.

Must Have
Good Communication Skills
References are Greatly accepted!!
