Candidate should have b.e / b.tech degree as a qualification
Candidate should be from cs/ ec/ ee/ is branch
Candidate should have good speaking and reading skills
Candidate should be good in solving any problem in given time limit
Candidate should be able to pickup things as early as possible
Candidate should be result oriented
Candidate should be able to perform with a group of alloted team members

Responsibilities:

 •Testing and Quality
oKnowledge of test processes
oKnowledge of Defect management and other test tools
oKnowledge of Test Design / Test Coverage techniques
•Software Development – General
Knowledge of version control applications like MS Team Foundation or alike
Knowledge of Programming Languages (C/C++/C#)
Knowledge of scripting languages (MS Powershell, Perl etc)
•General Computing Awareness: Basic knowledge of Computer hardware, networking concepts, and windows administrative tasks
•Demonstrated strong Communication skills, initiative, ownership, and teamwork skills
•Demonstrated problem solving skills
•Demonstrated Judgment and Decision Making skills
•Planning: Good time management skills

Desirable
•Test & Measurement domain knowledge: Basic electronics principles, Family of instruments, Set up basic measurements using front Panel, Make basic measurements
•Awareness of testing in rapid development environment using Agile Methods
•Awareness of processes like SEI CMM, CMMI, 6-Sigma, Lean thinking etc.
•Demonstrated working ability with world-wide groups and across teams of engineers to achieve objectives.
