JOB Description:
Our solutions leverage voice, SMS, mobile and email technologies combined with deep knowledge of consumer credit risk management to produce a sophisticated,
client specific set of decisions, segments and strategies that result in automated resolution of Fraud, Collections, Service and Marketing scenarios.
The QA Analyst will be responsible for testing and assurance of new applications, change requests and maintenance releases. The role will be accountable for ensuring
that projects are delivered with the highest level of overall quality, to specification and schedule. The QA Analyst will have a continual focus on process improvement
and ensuring that a quality focus is cultivated in every step of our implementation process.
Testing and Assurance ofshore cycle (1 to 30 days), time critical projects
Review and provide feedback on implementation specifications
Perform peer assurance reviews
Triage and root cause analysis of defects
Estimate solution assurance efforts, contribute to feature and architectural design, as needed.
Identify and mitigate project risks
Balance task execution and communications in a short term, dynamic, high intensity environment
Desired Candidate Profile :
Minimum Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or comparable Technical Quality (4 year) degree
Quality Assurance certifications, or comparable demonstration of expertis
Solid knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices including QA and review processes – familiarity with Waterfall and Iterative
delivery models
Strong personal time management skills
Excellent interpersonalskills including written and verbal communication
Experience with management of multiple streams of new and maintenance development using source code control.
