Job Description :
The position will work closely with the Cricket operations' TPM office to develop new tools, drive projects and analyze data for operational initiatives, build decision support tools, and present findings to business partners..
It involves complex analysis and diving deep into key metrics based on requests, building and maintaining multiple databases, extensive knowledge of Internal software applications to create tools, and understanding of multiple programming languages.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop applications using Java, PHP, Ruby on Rails, AJAX and HTML for various operational requirements in FC and Supply Chain teams.
• Mine data from database tables (SQL server, Oracle, Data Warehouse, FC log files) and prepare presentation tools.
• Ability to write PERL/Ruby/Python scripts which would identify gaps in our processes and give the team the ability to solve these issues with root cause analysis
• Root cause research into identifying process breakdowns within departments and providing data through use of various skill sets to find technology solutions to breakdowns
• Interface with different application teams and external vendors to drive projects for Operational needs.
The Candidate is expected to be flexible with ability to juggle both well-structured long term technical requests as well as ad hoc projects requiring quick turnaround. Candidate must possess ability to effectively prioritize his/her work stack based on evolving business requirements.
The role will require candidate to rapidly switch between assignments.The candidate will be expected to deal with uncertainty and unpredictability in

Basic Qualifications
• Graduate Degree
• Experience using Java, PERL/Ruby/Python/PHP, SQL, HTML, AJAX programming languages and technologies
• Experience with Oracle
• UNIX tools/platform experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
