The candidate should possess Undergraduate degree (or diploma) in Business, Computer Sciences, Math or other relevant discipline preferred.
Should possess demonstrated analysis and problem solving skills.

Should have strong working knowledge of testing techniques, tools and methodologies is required.
Intermediate level experience with MS Excel and Notes is required.
Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.
Exposure or working knowledge of business analysis techniques, tools and methodologies is preferred.
Should have good exposure to or working knowledge of project techniques, tools and methodologies is desired.
Must have demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical, business and project management people.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients and achieve outcomes through influence

JOB DESCRIPTION / DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

The Associate Analyst – Application Support will manage and respond to the day to day Change point inquiries, requests and production problems.
Maintain updates to operations documentation.
Run, analyse, action and communicate key Changepoint governance and compliance reports.
Execute regression test model for testing of application fixes/patches and all business owned functions.
Maintain updates to documentation on the Changepoint Self Help intranet site (on the Source).
Assist in the configuration, testing and roll out of new versions / new features.
Assist in business analysis, reporting, testing, communication, and training support for key deliverables within the team.
