Hands on experience in MIS on day to day activity.
should take initiative & be proactive in targeting the right segment for various requirements.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with recruitment vendors that yield success and desired results.
Coordinate & administer various recruitment test .
Should be able to do reference checks & background investigations on need basis.
