Questions you should ask in the Interview
What level of autonomy you will have?  
What will be your day to day responsibilities?  
Will there be any training?  
What are the first project that you will be working on?Who would you report to? 
What are the objectives / key tasks in the position?  
What is the growth path for this position? 
You can ask questions about the position? You can ask questions about the organization? 
You can ask questions about the industry?
You can ask questions about the decision timeline for the position?  You can also ask about the Interview process and what are the next steps?
 How would the interviewer describe the ideal candidate for the position?



What questions should you ask in an interview?

Typically at the end of the interview, the interviewer will ask if you have any questions.   A few interviewers use this question to test how well prepared you are, how well you have researched the company and how interested you really are in the position.

  1. Good interview questions but its not properly answered. how we can get more interview questions online? I did google and find some good on WorldFreshers.in , Monster , Naukri and some more but i want the correct solutions for my tomorrow job interview, can anyone suggest me

  2. While these questions are of sound quality, I would think the majority should have been discussed during the interview. I also think that presenting facts while asking a question shows you have done your homework... instead of asking about the organization and/or industry, perhaps something along the lines of: I have recently become aware of the new coming to market, how do you see this impacting OUR present market share? What direct effect might it have on this (MY) future position?

  3. Thanks for the information. There are a lot of things to take note for a second interview, some even get Interview Coaching Calgary in order to make sure that they answer the questions right. And it's quite effective. The coaching was really helpful.
