Develop "best-of-breed" sourcing strategies, utilizing an optimal combination of job boards, databases and response management, to source resumes
Evaluate generated resumes to create "long list" of candidates to present back to client hiring teams
Ensure regular communication with client teams to track submitted candidate progress to role completion.
