Help desk Administrator primarily provides superior support to SNL’s user base including assisting Network Services team as required resolving issues. Troubleshoots user issues and resolves Helpdesk tickets in a timely and satisfactory manner. Responsible for daily operations.
QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
Eligibility : Degree in computer science or equivalent education
Experience : 1 Year

Requirements for success:
One year PC and database maintenance experience required. Familiarity with administration of a Microsoft Windows environment. Ability to install software and test new PC systems. Thorough understanding and knowledge of PC components and their respective interface requirements. Good oral and written communication skills, strong organization skills and ability to write procedures and documentation. Degree in computer science or equivalent education required.
