Sourcing Specialist
Sourcing through job portals, social networking sites and head hunting
Converting passive candidates into active applicants for Convergys jobs
Schedule interviews and maintain accurate tracking through Applicant Tracking of the progress of each applicant.
Interview prospective employees using a profile interviewing process.
Provide input to hiring manager regarding hiring decisions.
Generate new employee packets to keep up with demand.
Accurate compilation of paperwork once applicant is offered job.
Note:
Candidate should have minimum experience of 6 months experience in BPO Hiring.
This job opening is on 3rd party payroll and job location will be Malviya Nagar.
