Technical skill set:
PHP 5.x (object-oriented and procedural) and MySQL 5.x

RESTful web services (JSON, XML)
Yii(Module development, Theming)
OO JavaScript / AJAX (jQuery/YUI)
XHTML, CSS, web standards
